What we do

It would be the greatest pleasure for you to become involved in our mission in helping people in need, by doing so you will make a positive contribution to society.

Below describes how our service works in a simple manner

To begin with you will choose a donation amount you would like to give as either a Non Pledge or Pledge (See FAQ'S for differences between the two)

We then liaise with food banks who will provide us with details of the people in need. We strictly on source clients who require the services of food banks, reasons being is to verify their circumstances

We will then personally get in contact with the clients and fully inform them on how we operate and how we will be able to serve them

After our communication with the client they will then choose what they would like to order for themselves/family from a food service of their choice

Last but not least we will pass over any communication that the client may have for your generous donation in their time of need

Once the food order reaches the clients we will instantly let you know your donation has been received via text/email

Soon as the client has chosen what they would like to order we will then immediately place the order using your donations. Clients will only have the option for their orders to be delivered directly to their home addresses, we will ensure this is carried out
